We started Castle Cookies with one recipe in mind- our signature chocolate chunk cookie. Though our menu has developed just a bit further, the love that brought the chocolate chunk cookie to life can be found in each one of our products.

About us
It all started with the chocolate chunk cookie that our son and I created when he was only 2 years old. We used to bake together just to spend time and have fun. We would share our cookies with those around us.
Fast-forward 8 years and we have a licensed and insured residential kitchen with a lineup of star flavors, while still in the kitchen creating new things and having just as much fun as when we started.
The best part is that now we can share our cookies with everyone and give some of our joy to all those around us.
